[How to Order]

For customers who would like to have their order shipped overseas.

We do not offer direct international shipping. However, you can use the forwarding service tenso.⁠

 

[How It Works]

  1. Sign up for tenso (free of charge).
  2. You will be provided with a Japanese domestic address (your tenso address).
  3. When placing your order, please enter the address, name, phone number, and member number (starting with “TS”) provided by tenso as your shipping information.
  4. We will ship your order to your tenso address in Japan.
  5. Once your package arrives at tenso, tenso will forward it to your overseas address.


[Please Note]

  • A separate international shipping fee will be charged by tenso when your package is forwarded overseas.
  • After your order arrives at tenso, you will need to complete the international shipping procedures yourself.
  • We are unable to assist with the international shipping process after the package has arrived at tenso.
  • Depending on the destination country, customs duties and import taxes may apply. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
